The NIPM FIMS Student Chapter successfully organized an insightful expert talk on “Emerging Trends in HR and Campus-to-Corporate Transformation” on 28th November 2024 at the MDP Hall, FIMS. The session was led by Mr. Muralikrishnan B, HR Business Partner at Ford, who captivated the audience with his extensive industry experience and deep understanding of evolving HR practices.
The talk focused on the dynamic shifts in human resource management, emphasizing key themes such as the digitalization of HR functions, the growing importance of emotional intelligence, and the role of data analytics in talent management.
