The Resume Optimization for ATS session, conducted on 24th February 2025 at MDP Hall, FIMS, provided valuable insights into crafting effective, ATS-friendly resumes. The session was led by Mr. Sahil Sameer (Co-Founder, OpenGrad & IIM Indore Alumnus), who shared expert strategies on resume structuring, keyword optimization, and enhancing job search success.
Students actively participated, gaining practical knowledge on improving their resumes to align with industry expectations and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) used by recruiters. The session proved to be highly beneficial in preparing students for future career opportunities.
