The FIMS NIPM Student Chapter organized a dynamic and inspiring panel session titled “Meet the Mentors” on 23rd July 2024 at 2:00 PM, in association with the NIPM Calicut Chapter. The session featured two eminent HR professionals – Mr. Habeebu Rahman, HR Manager at Parsons Group and Secretary of NIPM Calicut Group, and Mr. Zeeshan Zainuddeen, Fractional HR Consultant and Treasurer of NIPM Calicut Group.
The mentors shared valuable insights into the evolving HR landscape, industry expectations, and career-building strategies for aspiring HR professionals. Their practical experiences and career advice provided students with clarity, motivation, and a better understanding of the skills and mindset needed to thrive in the HR domain. The event reinforced FIMS’s strong industry-academia linkages and its commitment to nurturing future-ready management professionals.
