The HR Club of Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS), in association with the Department of Psychology, Farook College (Autonomous), successfully conducted a two-day session titled “Mastering Life’s Essential Skills” on the 27th and 28th of November 2024 at the MDP Hall, FIMS.

This thought-provoking session aimed to enhance students’ personal growth by focusing on the critical life skills required to navigate both professional and personal challenges. Topics such as emotional intelligence, stress management, communication skills, and self-awareness were explored in depth, offering students a holistic view of life beyond academics and careers.

The event was designed to foster introspection and confidence-building, empowering students to make mindful decisions and develop stronger interpersonal relationships. Through interactive discussions and activities, the participants gained practical insights into how these essential skills play a pivotal role in becoming successful and empathetic leaders of tomorrow.

The sessions were led by an experienced and knowledgeable resource panel:
