On 6th November 2024, the NIPM FIMS Student Chapter proudly hosted a groundbreaking session titled “Leveraging AI & GPTs for Strategic HR Insights” along with the launch of GPTs in Labour Laws at the MDP Hall, Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS).
The session featured Mr. Nissamudheen Firoz, Vice President – Human Resources at Bridgeway Group, who developed the innovative GPTs focused on labour laws. His presentation offered deep insights into the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management and legal compliance.
The official launch of the GPTs was conducted by Dr. Ahamed Riaz, Director of FIMS, marking a significant milestone in integrating cutting-edge technology into academic and professional HR practices.
The event was a dynamic blend of technology, strategy, and HR thought leadership, equipping students with futuristic perspectives on the role of AI in the workplace.
