As part of the 20th anniversary celebrations of the Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS), the institute organized a special alumni interaction titled “Reconnect – FIMSIANS Homecoming Series: HR Heralds” on 11th April 2025 at 10:30 AM. This event was a tribute to two decades of excellence in management education and served as a platform for reconnecting with the institute’s vibrant alumni network, especially those making a mark in the field of Human Resources.
The session featured four accomplished FIMS alumni who have carved successful careers in HR: Ms. Roshnara Basheer (HR Consultant & Former HR Head, Odysia Group – FIMS MBA 2017-19), Ms. Lisa Rajan (Head of Human Resources, Entri App – FIMS MBA 2014-16), Ms. Aswathy Sathish (Senior HR Executive, Matha Hospital – FIMS MBA 2015-17), and Mr. Mohamed Shafeeque (Regional HR Executive, Lulu Group, Saudi Arabia – FIMS MBA 2019-21). Their presence and insights brought immense value to the event, as they discussed HR trends, career development, and how their journey at FIMS contributed to their growth.
This meaningful interaction was not only a celebration of alumni success but also a motivational session for the current MBA students.
