To mark the occasion of International HR Day, the HR Club of Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS) organized a Corporate Interface Session on 20th May 2024 at 2:30 PM at the MDP Hall, FIMS. The session aimed to bridge the gap between academia and industry, offering students a platform to gain real-world HR insights from a seasoned professional in the field.
The guest for the session was Ms. Lisa Rajan, HR Head at Entri.app and a proud alumna of FIMS (MBA 2014–16 Batch). She shared her professional journey, shed light on the evolving role of HR in the digital era, and emphasized the skills and attitudes students must develop to thrive in today’s corporate landscape.
