Continuing the Eco Awareness Series, the second day was dedicated to social impact through an outreach initiative titled “Green Connect – Awareness Drive”, conducted on June 3, 2025, at Al Farook Residential School. This session was designed to instill eco-consciousness among school students, connecting them with sustainability values from a young age. The drive highlighted the role of education in shaping environmentally responsible future citizens.

FIMS students led the event by engaging school children in various interactive activities such as environmental games, eco-quizzes, and thought-provoking discussions. These sessions helped explain complex environmental issues in a fun, approachable manner, sparking curiosity and awareness. The event also encouraged students to reflect on their own habits and how small actions can contribute to a greener planet.

“Green Connect” showcased the power of youth in fostering community-level change. Through energetic participation and sincere efforts, the session created a meaningful bond between college students and school children, united by a common cause—protecting our Earth. The CSR Club’s initiative succeeded in planting the seeds of environmental responsibility and community engagement, setting a strong example of collaboration for sustainability.
