Navaneetha is an accomplished academician with over 10 years of teaching experience in finance and human resource management. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from St. Joseph’s College, Devagiri, Calicut, and an MBA from TKM Institute of Management, Kollam, specializing in Finance and HR. Additionally, she has completed an M.Com from Bharathiar University and has successfully cleared the UGC-NET in Commerce and Management.
After completing her MBA, she worked as a Financial Associate at Aptara Inc., Technopark, Trivandrum. She then transitioned into academia, serving as an Assistant Professor at IIKM Business School, KMCT Engineering College, and Holy Cross Institute of Management.
Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Management from Calicut University under the guidance of Dr. P. Mohan. She has also enhanced her expertise by completing an FDP in Data Analysis from IIM Kozhikode and an FDP in Publication Ethics from XIME Cochin. Additionally, she has completed a certificate course in Fintech through the University of Hong Kong’s online learning initiative, further strengthening her knowledge of financial technology.
Navaneetha has a strong research background, with publications in peer-reviewed, UGC CARE, and Scopus-indexed journals. She has presented her research at prestigious international conferences, including those organized by IIM Kozhikode, IIM Jammu, and SRM University Chennai.
Her academic and research contributions, combined with her industry exposure, make her a valuable resource in the field of management education.
