The HR Club of FIMS successfully organized TALENT TACTIKS, a dynamic HR game activity event held on 05 March 2026 at 02:00 PM in the MDP Hall, FIMS. Conducted under the theme “Where Talents Meet Tactics,” the program was designed to promote teamwork, communication, leadership, and strategic thinking among students.
The event featured team-based activities where participants competed in groups of four members each. Through a series of engaging HR games and task-oriented challenges, students were encouraged to demonstrate their creativity, coordination, problem-solving ability, and team spirit in a highly interactive environment.
TALENT TACTIKS created an energetic atmosphere of healthy competition and collaborative learning, allowing participants to strengthen their interpersonal and managerial skills beyond the classroom setting. The activities were structured to enhance decision-making, adaptability, and cooperation among team members while ensuring an enjoyable learning experience.
Cash prizes were awarded to the winning teams, with prizes presented for both the first and second positions in recognition of their outstanding performance and teamwork during the competition.
The program reflected the commitment of the HR Club, FIMS, towards organizing innovative student engagement initiatives that encourage experiential learning, active participation, and the development of essential management and human resource skills.
