FIMS successfully organized another engaging session of RECONNECT – FIMSIANS Home Coming Series, an initiative aimed at strengthening alumni relations and creating meaningful industry interaction opportunities for students.
The session featured accomplished alumni from the MBA 2019–21 batch:
During the session, the alumni shared their inspiring career journeys, professional experiences, and valuable insights into the evolving corporate environment. They also discussed current HR practices, workplace expectations, career planning strategies, and the importance of continuous learning and adaptability in today’s competitive business landscape.
The interaction provided students with a practical understanding of industry requirements and helped bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice. Students actively engaged in discussions and gained valuable guidance regarding career growth, skill development, and opportunities in the HR domain.
