The HR Club of FIMS successfully organized HIRE & SEEK – The Ultimate Treasure Hunt on 31 March 2026 at the MSA Hall, FIMS. The event was designed as an engaging and interactive treasure hunt competition that combined teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking.
Students participated in teams of four members and actively competed through multiple rounds of clues, tasks, and challenges that tested their coordination, analytical abilities, and decision-making skills. The event created an exciting atmosphere of competition and collaboration among participants.
HIRE & SEEK provided students with an opportunity to enhance essential managerial and interpersonal skills such as leadership, team coordination, critical thinking, and time management in a fun and activity-based learning environment.
The program reflected the commitment of the HR Club, FIMS, towards organizing innovative student engagement activities that encourage experiential learning, teamwork, and healthy competition beyond the classroom environment.
