Students and faculty members of Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS) participated in the 29th Annual Management Convention organized by the Calicut Management Association (CMA) in association with the All India Management Association (AIMA). Held at Gokulam Grand Hotel, Kozhikode, the convention brought together distinguished industry leaders, business executives, entrepreneurs, and management professionals for a day of insightful discussions and knowledge sharing.

The theme of the convention, “Beyond the Horizon – Cultivating Capabilities,” focused on preparing individuals and organizations to navigate an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment. The event featured a series of thought-provoking sessions addressing leadership, innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, talent management, and organizational transformation.

Participants had the opportunity to learn from an eminent panel of speakers, including senior corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, consultants, and industry experts from India and abroad. Their experiences and perspectives provided valuable insights into emerging business trends, leadership challenges, and the capabilities required to succeed in the future world of work.
