The event began with welcome and presidential addresses by Dr. Sujata Shankaran and Dr. Ahmed Riaz, who emphasized the importance of industry-oriented learning and professional exposure for management students. An orientation session by Mr. Aftab Mohiyudeen familiarized students with the vision, opportunities, and leadership initiatives offered through the Young Indians network, encouraging students to actively participate in collaborative and professional development activities.

The keynote session was delivered by Aisha Sameeha on the topic “Future of Work: Rethinking Workspaces, Culture & Creativity.” The session provided valuable insights into agile work culture, collaborative workspaces, design thinking, and the growing importance of creativity and adaptability in modern organizations. Students gained practical understanding of how corporate culture and work environments are evolving in response to technological and organizational changes.

An engaging interactive session with the Young Indians delegation further enhanced student participation and created meaningful discussions on future career skills, entrepreneurship, leadership, and workplace expectations.
