Prof. Shyama M is working as an Assistant professor in FIMS. She is a post-graduate in Business Administration, specialized in Finance and Marketing from Calicut University. She has completed her graduation in Business administration from Providence women’s college Calicut. She has qualified UGC-NET for Lectureship in Management. Before joining the institute, she worked as Academic associate in Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. During that period, she has conducted research interviews and was actively involved in research works and has done publication for National trust, Department of empowerment of people with disabilities.
She has also worked as Employability Skills trainer in Government Industrial Training Institute, Thiruvambady. She has undergone work training in Entrepreneurial Mindset Programme. She has completed certification course by IIT Kharagpur on “Enhancing soft skills & personality” and “Research Writing”.
