Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS) proudly hosted an engaging and inspiring panel session titled “Meet the Mentors” in collaboration with the NIPM Calicut Group on 21st May 2025 at the AVT Hall, Farook College. The event brought together students, faculty, and HR professionals for a thought-provoking discussion on industry trends, leadership, and the evolving role of HR in today’s dynamic business environment.
The session featured two distinguished mentors: Ms. Sameera Chakeeri, Founder & Director of Growen and Chairperson of the NIPM Calicut Group (FIMS MBA 2006-08 Batch), and Ms. Priya Joseph, Founder of Strategic HRM.in. With their vast experience in the field of human resources and strategic management, both speakers provided practical insights and shared real-world challenges and success stories that enriched the learning experience for our MBA students.
This interactive event served as a platform for students to gain first-hand knowledge from successful industry leaders who once walked the same halls of FIMS. It was a moment of pride to witness alumni returning to inspire the next generation of professionals.
