Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS) successfully hosted a highly engaging panel session titled “Meet the Mentors” on 23rd July 2024 at 2:00 PM. The event was organized in collaboration with the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Calicut Chapter and brought together HR professionals and aspiring MBA students for an insightful discussion on industry trends and career preparedness.
The session featured two prominent speakers: Mr. Habeebu Rahman, HR Manager at Parsons Group and Secretary of the NIPM Calicut Group, and Mr. Zeeshan Zainuddeen, a Fractional HR Consultant and Treasurer of the NIPM Calicut Group. Drawing from their vast experience in the field of Human Resources, both mentors shared valuable perspectives on current HR practices, the importance of adaptability in the workplace, and strategies for young professionals to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
