Farook Institute of Management Studies proudly launched the YUVA Campus in association with Young Indians through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a significant milestone in strengthening industry-academia collaboration and student leadership development.
The YUVA Campus initiative is designed to empower students by creating opportunities for leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, networking, and social engagement under the Young Indians (Yi) ecosystem, a part of CII. Through this association, students will gain exposure to mentorship programmes, industry interactions, professional networking platforms, skill development sessions, and experiential learning opportunities that prepare them for the evolving corporate world.
The collaboration reflects the shared vision of FIMS and Yi Kozhikode in nurturing future-ready professionals who possess leadership qualities, creativity, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking. The initiative also aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical industry exposure by connecting students with experienced professionals, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Mr. Aftab Mohiyudeen, YUVA Chair 2026, Yi Kozhikode, and Mr. Zaneen Ashique, Chapter Chair 2026, Yi Kozhikode. With the establishment of the YUVA Campus, FIMS looks forward to building a vibrant platform that inspires students to learn, lead, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to society and the professional world.
