The CSR Club of Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS) organized an insightful colloquium on “ESG and the Future of Business” on 23 September 2026 at the MSA Hall, FIMS.
The session was led by Mr. Adhil Moideen, ESG & Operational Excellence Specialist at Peekay Steel Castings Pvt. Ltd. He provided valuable insights into the growing relevance of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles in the contemporary business environment. The session explored how sustainability, ethical governance and responsible business practices are increasingly becoming integral to long-term organisational success.
The discussion also highlighted the importance of integrating ESG considerations into business decision-making and developing responsible strategies that create value for both organisations and society. The session offered students an opportunity to understand the practical relevance of sustainability and ethical practices in shaping the future of business.
